3連休初日。とはいえ久々にオールしちゃったので、起きたら12時。今日は包丁を新調しに専門店へ！
ドイツやスイスの輸入物もたくさんあったけど、やっぱり手に持ってしっくり来るのは日本製。あれだけ刃物がそろってると壮観！日本の鍛冶技術は世界に誇れるものですね～。
今日は我が家でプチホームパーティー。早速使ってみましたが、切れ味最高～。
